Registration Add-On Pricing

Important Registration Information

Full Conference registration includes all educational sessions and expo starting with the Opening Keynote on Friday, March 29 through Monday, April 1’s closing Keynote Luncheon. Excursions and Pre-Conference workshops are available as add-ons to your registration.

One-day conference registration includes all educational sessions and activities on Saturday, March 30 or Sunday, March 31. Anyone wishing to attend for more than one day must register at the full conference registration rate.

Pre-Conference Workshops will take place on Friday, March 29. Advance registration is required and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Additional registrants will be placed on a waiting list. Pre-Conference Workshop fees apply to each of the courses being offered. Attendees may register for these events during the online registration process.

Learning Excursions will take place on Thursday, March 28, Friday, March 29 and Monday, April 1. Advance registration is required and available on a first-come, first-served basis. We offer excursions over half-day or full days. Additional fees apply to each of the excursions being offered. Attendees may register for these events during the online registration process.

Payment Information and Confirmations

Full payment must be submitted with your registration form. For the easiest registration, visit our secure website to use our online registration process. Online registrants will receive confirmation shortly after registration. Confirmation notices will be emailed approximately 10 days after receipt of payment for registrants who mail their registration payments via check. Make all checks payable to Museum Store Association. MSA will not accept purchase orders.

Do you want to attend the MSA FORWARD 2019 Conference but need approval from your supervisor? MSA understands that budgets are tight and travel funding is sometimes difficult to secure-that’s why we’re providing you with a toolkit to help justify your attendance at this year’s event!

Cancellations must be received in writing by February 1, 2019 to events@museumstoresassociation.org, and are subject to a $100 cancellation fee. Your registration may be transferred to a member of your organization up to 5 days before the event when requested in writing. All sales are final and no refunds will be issued after February, 1, 2019.
