Over 500 attendees and exhibitors participated, coming in from 47 states, 10 countries, and 3 continents around the world. 2021 MSA FORWARD VIRTUAL
MSA was proud to present MSA FORWARD 2021 in a state-of-the-art virtual format, allowing non-profit retail professionals from all around the globe to connect, learn, and do business safely. Nearly 400 attendees enjoyed educational sessions led by local and international industry leaders, participated in deep-dive workshops and roundtable discussions, networked with colleagues, and shopped the interactive Expo Hall featuring over 135 MSA vendors.

2020 MSA FORWARD: GAVEL TO GALA
After our Cleveland conference was unfortunately cancelled due to COVID (read a message from past Board President Susan Tudor here), we decided to celebrate virtually over Zoom. We welcomed our new Board of Directors, awarded accolades, and acknowledged the hard work, successes, and dedication of our volunteers, members, and colleagues. We also made time for some time for (genuinely) distanced socializing -- and were thrilled to see members in creative festive attire, holding celebratory beverages, and surrounded by fun balloons and other decor!

2019 MSA FORWARD
2019's MSA FORWARD was held in beautiful San Diego, California at the San Diego Town and Country. Attendees enjoyed the chance to do some sight-seeing by participating in our learning excursions all around the city to fun destinations like the San Diego Zoo, Birch Aquarium, and more. Through breakout sessions and keynote presentations, they saw first-hand how to utilize the MSA Knowledge Standards to maximize the efficiency of their non-profit retail store. We are proud to announce that the 2019 expo floor was sold out with 208 vendors.
