Important Registration Information
Institution and Vendor Full Conference registration includes all educational sessions and expo starting with the Opening Keynote on Friday, April 24 through Monday, April 27 closing Luncheon. Excursions and Pre-Conference workshops are available as add-ons to your registration.
Pre-Conference Workshops will take place on Friday, April 24. Advance registration is required and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Additional registrants will be placed on a waiting list. Pre-Conference Workshop fees apply to each of the courses being offered. Attendees may register for these events during the online registration process.
Learning Excursions will take place on Thursday, April 23, Friday, April 24 and Monday, April 27. Advance registration is required and available on a first-come, first-served basis. We offer excursions over half-day or full days. Additional fees apply to each of the excursions being offered. Attendees may register for these events during the online registration process. Meals are not included in the cost of the learning excursions.
Payment Information and Confirmations
Full payment must be submitted with your registration form. For the easiest registration, visit our secure website to use our online registration process. Online registrants will receive confirmation shortly after registration. Confirmation notices will be emailed approximately 10 days after receipt of payment for registrants who mail their registration payments via check. Make all checks payable to Museum Store Association. MSA will not accept purchase orders.
Cancellations must be received in writing by March 4,2020 to firstname.lastname@example.org, and are subject to a $100 cancellation fee. Your registration may be transferred to a member of your organization up to 5 days before the event when requested in writing. All sales are final and no refunds will be issued after March 4, 2020.
