MSA Mailing List Rentals

The Museum Store Association has a Postal Masterfile Mailing List that is available for rental on a one-time-per-usage basis from list management representatives at MGI Lists. The names may be selected from a variety of categories to help marketers target postal messages that are appropriate for and helpful to MSA members.

MSA's list managers follow industry best practices to protect this asset for MSA. Some of those practices include:

opt-out names have been removed
decoy names are included to confirm proper list use
each list usage must be approved in advance
the list has been modified to comply with postal regulations

Postal mailing lists are usually shipped by e-mail in a zipped file. The e-mail will include the NCOA certificate, which mailers need to qualify for such USPS postal discounts as presort, nonprofit or standard rates. If you wish to receive the MSA list on pressure-sensitive labels, the NCOA certificate is included only if requested.
