The Opening Keynote session is the kick off for the full MSA FORWARD conference & expo! Join hundreds of non-profit retail professionals to hear from Bob Phibbs, the Retail Doctor. CEO of The Retail Doctor, Phibbs is an internationally recognized business strategist, customer service expert, sales coach, marketing mentor, author of three books, and motivational business speaker.

Chapter Meetings

5:15 pm – 6:15 pm

There’s time reserved for Chapter Meetings so you have the opportunity for face time with colleagues in your region and can learn about ongoing and future chapter business. If you’re new to MSA, this is a chance to meet others from your chapter and hear about how these regional groups support their members and offer volunteer opportunities.

6:30 pm – 8:00 pm

MSA NEXT welcomes newcomers and all attendees of MSA FORWARD. If you are a first or second time participant at our annual conference & expo, come and meet fellow MSA emerging professionals. Veterans are welcome too!

Members have an opportunity hear directly from the MSA Board of Directors as we review the past year and speak to plans for the association.

MSA Networking and Awards Gala with Silent Auction

6:30 pm – 10:30 pm

Socialize with colleagues and find out who will be recognized this year for outstanding achievements within the MSA community. Shop the annual Silent Auction with proceeds benefiting the MSA Memorial Scholarship Fund and 10% going to our host, the Western Chapter host.
